BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm your booking request we require a 20% deposit of the total amount due. The balance must be paid upon your arrival at Borgo Bottaia holiday farm and, in any case, before you enter the apartment reserved.
In case of no show or cancellation of your reservation, sent by fax or e-mail at least 60 days before the beginning of your stay, the guest only loose the deposit previously paid.
The court of Florence is the sole competent for any lawsuit.
Upon your arrival at Borgo Buliciano holiday farm we ask a caution deposit of 150,00 Euro for possible damages and consumptions not included. The deposit will be given back on departure.
Check-In: from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. - in case of arrival before or after please contact Borgo Buliciano holiday farm staff.
Check-out: before 10 a.m.
